The new filter is wrapped ina plastic bag that clearly states the filter is oiled and ready to go.

I agree about the torque settings not mentioned but it is a great mod for little money +15hp and a great sound too! and no flaffing around flashing your chip

yeah but if your flaffing your chip arround youll gain another 5-8 hp.vynle.

Actually, the install was so super easy. I didn't have to remove any valve cover bolts at all. Just one waterpump nut, one fan-shroud bolt, and the main bolt that holds on the stock air box. Too easy, I say!
