You need to remove the entire front fascia. Remove all the screws underneath front end, remove the inner wheel covers, remove the radiator shroud, unplug the turn signals, remove the two large bolts at the top - the headlights are a large assembly and actually house two mounts for the front fascia. There are two more bolts inside the front fenders that attach the fascia.
Figure about a three to four hour operation minimum. I installed the Saleen HIDs myself - took about five hours including running the new harnesses and putting everything back on.
