Heated the bottom of the grill with a propane torch toward the back until it got soft ( don't melt it! ) then on the inside of the grill pushed the warp out with the piece of wood until it was straight and flat. Took all of about 10 minutes.
Dear Hawgman,

Thanks for the tip!!!

My waves are along the bottom piece of the grille...

I'll try your idea and clamp two pieces of 8" wood (top and bottom) to the wavey section until the plastic cools...

This grill doesn't seem to be the same as KSR. The lights are closer together and the pattern of closed cells is different.

Dave, I didn't clamp two pieces of wood to the grill. I heated the bottom of the grill, held the wood in my hand on the top and bent it in to place, then sprayed the bottom with a water bottle to cool it off while holding it in place. The clamp method is for metal strips. You clamp each side, heat it, and let it cool that way.

This IntelliTXT stuff sucks.

Well, when I said "the same grill" I meant a factory style center fog grill. But yes, you are correct, there are several differences. The lights on the SS are closer together, the closed cell pattern is different, and the fog light housings on the SS grill stick out at least a half inch more than the KSR grill.

I know its not the same grille.......but the one I have is the one some people are having warping problems with. I havnt had that......but......that could change with the summer heat coming on.

Oh. OK. When did SSE start selling this grille?

BTW, if it's any consolation to the guys with a KSR grille, I noticed last night even the factory grille has some very slight warpage. Much less than the KSR though.
