There are two TSB's out on this. The original and a revised version that says seat removal is not necessary. I had the dealer look at mine since it was in for the front strut popping. Still coming loose so I guess I will look at it myself.

I had this problem. Instead of removing the seats I put a bead of silicon sealant into the clip that attaches to the leather and just glued the thing in place. Works great.
