Got an annoying squeak coming from somewhere passenger rear side when hitting bumps, and ideas or similar stories? Only mod there is a set of loudmouths. Thanks for any ideas.

I had a squeak from right rear of the car. It turned out to be the rear seatbelt tensioner. There is no way to remove it as there are steel plates welded after the tensioner is installed (???), but there are some circular cutout holes-- I was able to take a wax-type earplug and stick it to the side of the tensioner which changed the resonate frequency and the squeek has gone away...
Talk about a "bubble gum" fix...

jqaq, thanks for the reply. How the heck did you find that one? Do you keep the rear belts fastened like I do?

i too have a very annoying squeak coming from the passenger rear area, i still cant pinpoint wheres its coming from....neither could the dealer...ill have to double check the seatbelt tensioner hopefully that will clear it up...it sounds like a old squeaky truck lol...otherwise no other problems so far =)
