I have the OEM Bullitt brace, which by the way is the same brace as the FRPP V6 brace, no clearance issues with the OEM manifold cover.

The 2005+ is pretty stiff without the brace. They're mainly for looks. My Steeda brace is the one for the v-6 and it clears the cover good.

the manifold cover sits on top of the intake, there wouldn't be any room between the cover and intake for a brace.

I have a FRPP Strut Brace that I bought for my 2007 Foose and then a week later bought the chrome BBK Plenum Cover. It would not clear so pulled the brace. I have both parts sitting on my garage shelf since the Foose was totaled.

the FRPP brace for the GT part# M-20201-S197 will not clear cover, the FRPP V6 brace part# M-20201-F which is the same one used on the 2008 Bullitt ford part# 8R3Z-16A200-A will clear the factory cover.

I'm considering the Ford Racing strut bar for mine. If it donesn't clear my Brothers Performace plenum cover, I'll do without the cover.
