My left catalytic converter blew apart making a nasty rattle on startup. MAC sent me their Pro-Chamber and paid for a local shop to install it (sweet!). Unfortunately the rattle was still there and the shop guys noticed a thunking sound on the right side. The Pro-Chamber is hitting the heat shield there and chunks of the old catalytic converter were in the right muffler still making a rattle. The shop guys bent the heat shield back a bit to get ride of the thunk noise but it is still there.

For the rattle I bought my co-worker's flowmasters. His wife said he could not keep them on his car, so I bought them for $100. He said he was going to use the money to buy stock ones off ebay. Installed the flowmasters myself yesterday. It took me about an hour or two before I was done. Anyway the rattle is gone now. (I actually feel proud of myself for being able to do it!). I should check the bolts again tonight.

For the thunking it looks like my only options are to remove the heat shield or get something to replace the Prochamber. I just wanted to see if you guys/gals had any ideas for me.
