Default roush supercharger, exust questions 07 GT

I spoke to my dealer today and he said ford does not want you to do any exaust mods from the cat back. Im a novis and want to know what i can do to mod exaust? mufflers im sure, any thing else? Also they are a roush dealer and i priced a supercharger $6200 part.......$1200 labor and roush warrantys it 3 year 36,000 thats a lot of $$$, adds about 115 hp though. Is it really worth it? and what other mods would i have to do with the supercharger? Ive ordered the 2007 gt convertable, 5 speed manual with 3.55 gears. Sounds great but could you do other mods without adding the supercharger to get the same hp result without dropping $7500,00???

I had the same experience with my dealer. Will only do the supercharger and nothing else as far as warranty work goes. The price he quoted is pretty much what I was quoted.
