thanks for the responses. That link above tells you all you need to know. The only problem is no one seems to have gotten their cover yet.
I've ordered mine at $58 which included shipping. Will let you know/see how it goes once I've got it installed.

Ordered one last week - according to FedX tracking it was shipped on 07/05 with anticipated delivery on 07/12. P.S. Have order stuff from AutoPartsWarehouse.com with super results. Purchased body colored mirror covers from Midwest, very fast turnaround and easy install. Excellent fit and finish.
I noted in an earlier post that I ordered the engine cover. Received it yesterday and fit/finish are super. Unfortunately, I cannot complete installation. Seems the front of the engine cover attaches using the top two screw holes in the throttle body. I contacted FordParts.com. They replied almost immediately providing the part numbers for the two missing links. It appears you will need 2 studs (part # W712289-S437 STUD) to replace the top two screws in the throttle body plus 2 nuts (part #W520411-S437 NUT-HEX - FLANGED) to complete the installation. Expect to pay about $4.98 plus shipping. It would have been nice if the engine cover were $5 more and the replacement studs/nuts were included with the engine cover. Oh well, waited this long - another week won't hurt.
2005 w/deluxe interior (not fancy, all black). Satin Silver w/color matched mirror covers, sequential tail lights, Flowmaster Axle-backs. Purchased 02/26/05. Now have about 8,800 miles. Keep it garaged most of the time but since it gets better gas mileage than anything else I have may drive it to work some. More information than you asked but I pretty happy with it and the few changes I've made so far. Nothing in particular planned; maybe K&N or AirRaid CAI but in no hurry. Keep watching posts regarding modifications which require reflashing and, at least while I have a warranty, will probably err on the side of caution. Besides, 87 octane is still cheaper than 91/93.

You got yours?!? I was told back-ordered to late July.... Hmm. May have to email Ken and ask.
I got mine yesterday and put it on and it looks great. Its a breeze to put on but once you get it remember to remove the support buttons on the front that are inserted into the rubber grommets for the screws. I spent about 1/2 hr till I figured out they were for support in shipping. The screws from the intake cover tube to the body will not go through unless you remove those from the grommets. I ordered on the 5th July and got it the 12th. Must have been one of the lucky ones (about time) and slipped in on this batch.
