Nice. I hope they work with your existing wheels.

I've fitted the template for both Wilwood calipers and StopTech's so I am fairly confident that these will fit with my existing wheels.

I thought the 500 had Brembos all around? I also read yesterday that the 500 parts will only be avail as 'lose' parts from FRPP dealers...??? Do the really use unslotted/drilled discs?

I like the four piston caliper set up, but since I just recently purchased and installed Baer 14" cross-drilled and slotted rotors with a 2 piston caliper for the front and Baer 14" cross-drilled and slotted rotors for the rear, I guess I will deal with what I have.

Not into drilled/slotted. The rears I got from Baer I got w/plain rotors.

All the specs I've seen says the same thing. Also says they are drilled/slotted, but .......

I've been getting jerked around by Baer. They keep saying that they are out and the parts will be here in 2 weeks. Well guess what, your 2 weeks are up.

I bought mine from CJ Pony Parts, Inc. Originally the first set I ordered was lost by FedEx, and CJ Pony said it would be at least 2 weeks for a replacement, I got them in less than 2 weeks.

1K is well worth your stopping power, it can save you and someone's life in a sudden stop situation. I had big brakes on my Vette and I miss them, i think i will upgrade as soon as my stocks go out

Big brakes really make a difference in performance when you're driving through turns. Compared to the same car with less brakes at the same speed, you can hold speed longer and deeper into the turn because you can decelerate more quickly to make the turn. This gives the speed/passing advantage to the car with more brakes. It's more important for cornering performance than straight line performance, but our S-197s can give very good performance in both situations.
