Default Another Axle Back question, but for those with long tubes

OK, So I taded my 05 in and it had JBA Long Tubes, Catted H-pipe, and Flowmasters.

Apparently it sounded awesome outside the car, but I didn;t hear that until I had traded it in and the salesman drove by my house and opened her up.

Now, I am gettign back my mods, allexcept for the axle backs because I sold the stock mufflers.

Now, I am tempted to purchase the Flowmasters again, but the drone inside the car was kind of annoying at times. So, anyone with long tubes with catted H-pipe have any other brands that they have used that care to share any notes?

Ran SLP LMs for awhile. Way to loud with the LTs. Went to Flowmasters last week.

Well, I had my flowmasters before the headers and there was a major difference in sound, both in tone and volume after the headers. I kind of expected this. So it is hard to compare sound and drone between a system with manifolds and one with full length headers.

Much larger HP & TQ gains with LTs. Lower backpressures, cooler exhaust gasses.

Well, I went with the Borla Stingers (straight thru design) and they are loud. Completely different sound from flowmasters, but awesome.

The sound with the long tubes is more difined and dues to the straight thru design, have much more back cackle that the flow masters. I haven't had th eout on the highway yet or under load, but we will see soon.
