Default tranny and rear end fluids

im about to reach my first oil change and im going to change all the fuilds in my car to royal purple, my question is how manny liters do i need for manual transmission in my 05 gt? and how manny for the gears in the back? i know what i need for the motor oil but some dealers have said 3 liters for transmission and 2 for rear end, and some said the oposite, i wanna know how much to buy so im not short when they change it, but also dont wanna buy more then i need cause its expensive, anyways those royal purple bottles are in quarts, so each bottle is just shy of a liter(0.94L) if i need 3 liters for tranny are 3 bottles enough? i hear that in most cases if they say 3 liters you will actually be able to put like 2.7-2.8L which is about whats in 3 bottles, same goes for the rear end. thanks for your help!

Have to be checked manually at the fill plugs. There is no transmission dip stick on the S197.

If you look in the Maintenance part of your manual it show you how to check the manual trans and how much fluids you need. The rear is the same after you drain it you fill it to the bottom of the fill pug.

Much easier with an aftermarket differential cover with the drain and fill plugs on the cover. Otherwise you're checking from the backside of the pumpkin.

And with the added capacity, the ability to overfill it due to the higher fill port.

I did have some foaming and was losing some out the vent. I now have a 4x4 extended vent on there.
