SCT tuner VIN lock

Question for those who have the SCT Tuner with the 5 VIN lock. Suppose I tune my Mustang (V1), then at some point in the future return to the stock and tune another (V2). I retune V2 to stock and then retune V1. Does this count as number 3 according to the 5 VIN lock or will the tuner recognize V1 again and count as only 2 vehicles against the 5? Does that make sense?

I don't think so, but I'm not 100% sure... Recommend you go on the forums at www.sctflash.com and ask them to be sure.
