Default Dealer installed CAI for S197 question

Anyone had any experience with a dealer installed Roush CAI? Any idea how it performs, cost. Must include a tune. I would think you wouldn't have warranty problems if dealer installed.

Saqw one today with Roush exhaust installed also.

Should be fine but I'd be curious what kind of tune that uses.

I haven't talked to the service dept yet (heck I only have 1900 miles on the GT so I haven't needed to) and haven't decided if I want any mods but this might be the route I would go if I did, just CAI, not exhaust. From what I understand from these forums the Mustang stock exhaust is pretty good and you won't get much performance enhancement, more just a better sound. But the CAI seems like it's the cheapest and most effective inexpensive mod.

When I get my first oil change I'll ask about it.

Very true... The GT exhaust front to back is pretty good. The manifolds and cats flow very well for stock as to the mufflers.
