How do you get 400 rwhp out a naturally aspirated 2006 Mustang GT?
What will it take mod wise to get our engine to make 400 RWHP NA? I'm thinking long tube headers, CAI, custom tune, cams CMCV delete. What about using the new 3-valve heads from Ford Racing? Is it even possible without a power adder?

I'm no expert, but I would think that all of the above plus new pistons, crank and maybe bigger injectors, better fuel pump, etc...
With the stock motor, you are in the range of 260 - 270 RWHP...
You want to gain at least 130RWHP to get to the magic 400RWHP...
The simple answer is a Saleen or KB supercharger!!!
The hard answer is alot of other mods and engine work for those numbers...
Why, don't you just do it the easy way and not waste time???
Yes it's possible but it's not going to be a very pleasant daily driver. Forging, PnP heads, bigger intake plenum, high lift/duration cams + the other stuff you mentioned may get you close to 400.
It might be possible, but I don't know of anyone who has actually done it.

I'm pushing close to 350 and I'm about as far as I'm willing to go. I thought about the new FRPP ported heads but that's another 4k+. I may look into the FAST intake plenum but that would probably just screw up the Shaker install so I probably won't to that either.

IMO, you can get better heads for less money.

I'm glad I got mine when I did... I bought mine a year ago, and have what is now called Stage 3, and I paid less than $2K total.
