Question for you guys with superchargers installed
I notice that with the stock setup, it kinda runs out of umph once you get above 5000 RPM or so. Seat of the Pants (SOTP) meter feels it flattening out. When you put the supercharger on, does the curve stay the same with just more umph or does it continue to pull the whole way? Anyone have a dyno graph with a before and after supercharger?
Mine continues to pull the whole way. More RPM, more boost! Too bad I can't run to about 8,000 RPM! I am not sure whether the screw or roots type are the same as the boost on those start at a lower RPM.

One of the slower cars around.
Makes me feel like a kid every time.
My curve is still climbing at 6500 when we click it off on the dyno.

no umph lost here....pulls strong til the rev cuts it off.

Here is my Vortech blown dynograph... guess I could find a NA one too but those should be on here...??

As you can see it pulls hard to 5,200 and then harder than most to 6,300 where it starts to 'let go' before the rev limitor at 6,700... hopefully most will shift before then...??
Now one of you macho TS guys show what yours do after 5,000 RPM...

Yes they do climb good but not as good... not "similar"... Their curve is much flatter and even more so towrds the end... they do have the power at the low end though but that can be fixed 'NA' and with a gear...

yea they do... I think some of the twin screws require new motor mounts to lower the motor a touch to make it... but for the most part the clearance is fine..
