Ok so my car is an 05 Mustang Gt with only 15,000 Miles on it. I have a few mods done to it and i take it to the track at times. The car has at last dyno about 315Hp which is not alot. well about 3 months ago my clutch in my car just went out the car would not go into any gear so my dad being a mechanic said well if you take it to the Ford dealer they will make a big deal about all you mods so we might as well do the clutch ourselves.
So I went to Steeda and purchased there stage 2 cluctch and pressure plate. put it in the car and well i took it easy for the first 700 miles as instructed by the clutch box. after that I started to open her up and well i noticed that when i shifted from 1st to 2nd gear it would grind. but It only did it when i shifted quickly if i paused for a second or 2 it would shift with no problem. Well i finnally decided the car has very little miles on it so let me take it to FORD and see what they say. The guy at Ford was great and he told me it was the Syncros. so he ordered them and it took about 1 week and I went to pick up the car today and as he gets out he says to me that the Air felt hot. I went in the car and it was hot so we opened the hood and the compressor was not working . Now mind you everything was working when i brought the car in except for the Tranny problem. Well he took it back in and his buddy the AC guy said that i had a ton of error codes and that he felt that the computer was not letting the AC come on. I said well it worked before i came in He is now saying that i need to bring the cars tune back to stock and that the computer will probably reset. So i bring it home and with the Diablosport programmer bring the stock tune back in which did nothing for theAC but i did loose that custom tunes that were made for my car which is now another issue. I was able to put the C&l tune in and modify it for some of the changes in my car. but the AC still does not work. Here are some of the codes im getting 4 were something with o2 sensor 1 was A/C relay (which to me is probably the problem) a few for the car running to rich and 1 unknown. Now like i said i did not have those issues before i brought it to FORD anyone have any ideas what they did or a Guess. They even said that the custom polished knobs that i got from Steeda were causing the A/C not to work. any ideas will help. thanks all

Hmmm.... my favorite is how they can contemplate how the custom polished knobs can affect if the AC works or not... that's a good one. Sounds like they just don't want to fiddle with it, in my opinion. Take it to another dealer and see what happens. Or take it back to Steeda and have them work on it rather than those KMart Tire Center refugees that most dealers seem to have.

Yikes... sounds like your getting it from all directions...
I'm dying to ask alot of questions like "why didn't you ever backup the custom tune you had?", but I'll skip them.
I'd suspect they probably reset your tune while it was in there the first time, causing some problems and are now dumping the problems on you.
SO, if I were you and before I brought it to another dealer, I would:
1) Return as much of it back to stock as possible, AT THE VERY LEAST your plugs, pullies, CAI, mid-pipe, CATS, and tune (correct only for your gears). DO NOT bring it in with an O/R midpipe for crying out loud! (this is akin to showing up for your court day facing drug charges and offering to sell the judge some maryjane.)
2) Then reset, restart, and then recheck and record the error codes using the programmer.
3) ONLY THEN bring it to another dealer, and tell them:
* About the clutch replacement, and the subsequent synchro replacements;
* That you had a CAI in it (and still have 4.10s), with a custom tune (and that's it).
* That you weren't having any problems EXCEPT for the grinding prior to taking into "DEALERSHIP XYZ".
well first of all i forget to tell you all that I had surgery on my right should last Thursday and well am in a sling so there is not much i can do but I did wake up early today and Put back my stock Hpipe with the cats and pulled out the C&l cold air intake an put the stock one back in. I figured what is done in the tranny and the gears are not something that the computer will see so then I put the stock tune back in from the Predator so now the car is pretty much somewhat stock. and well the same problem. I have a real strong suspision that well all that was done was the transmission and that is it. So the battery from the car was disconnected for like a week while he worked on the car then he puts the leads back on to the battery and well I think the spike took out the computer in the car. After i put it back to stock today i drove it to FORD and well the car ran like shi# it had black smoke out the tailpipe and it went in Falisaife mode. I took it back and well we will see. I cant belive that I brougth it in for something simple like the Tranny and now all these problems. Like I said I think its the computer. Its seem highly unlikly that i have an AC problem. with A bad Idling Engine with smoke out the rear with all those error codes. Ill keep you all updated

Holy hell man sorry to hear about your problems. Ford took down my tranny a little while back, when i got into my car the check engine light was on. The guy came out and ran the computer and it said the o2 sensor was bad. He ordered another put it in and still the light was on. Turns out when he put my tranny back up an o2 sensor wire was in the way and he cut it. Maybe thats what he did with your o2 sensor. I have no idea about the rest, good luck though
