The BMR part # is AAS-001. About the same price as the Fomoco piece.

This part is for 05-07 Coupes. It is supposed to be issue for 08's. For some reason the vert's for the most part don't have this problem. The K brace will not fix this issue by itself. In my case I do not have a K member brace installed YET. The updated tower brackets have worked for my 05'.

how big of an install is it to do the strut mounts? mine is out of warranty, so i will have to pay to have it done, i am just thinking i should wait till i replace the struts to do it, if its a lot of money.

Strut mounts aren't that difficult to install. Impact wrench & a extra set of hands are your friends here. A set of needle nose pliers and some thin rope is needed too. If you want details, let me know. Otherwise, I'd say about 3-4 hours at a shop with an alignment. ~$350-400 est. Heavy duty mounts are about $200+.

There are a number of things that can cause this. The most common was the swaybar endlinks coming loose. I hit mine with a heavy dose of locktite and an impact wrench. You also could be having issues if your car has been lowered. The strut mounts can selectively fail also. You might just have to get under there and try to figure out what is loose.

+1 on those endlinks... New nuts from Ford ($20) may help.

I think they all make some kind of noise up front and rear. It does take some looking around and Blue loctite.

my front end suspension used to make squeeky sounds when turning left at light speed, it's totally gone now, but i can't seem to do 360 in the car without the front jumping up and down (kinda vibrating), what do you think is going on there?
p.s: problem appeared before suspension mods and remained after.

Everytime i go through a small bump i hear in the left-front suspension like metal hitting metal, strange noise.

Mine sounds like a bad strut or a thumping noise on the
passenger side when I hit small bumps.

did you tighten all the bolts when the car is on the ground or on a lift? I had the same problem. The front bar was tight in the air unitl I let it down on its own weight it started to rattle like metal on metal.
