Yes, I had one cut at Lowes and I keep it in a magnet box secured under the car just in case I'm somewhere and lock the keys in the car. It's good to have just to unlock the door.

Just don't do the stupid thing I did today. I tried to reprogram my new key, accidentally turned on the PATS thing and now I can't start my 98 GT.

When I bought my car used it only came with one key and one remote. I went to ace hardware had me a door only key made for $2.30.

Then I went to our local Ford dealership in town and they charged me $90.00 + tax for a spare key.
