Default 2006 Mustang GT A/C Problems??

I haven't seen this specifically noted anywhere, so I'll ask here. Anyone had any issues with A/C blowing cold on one side of the car but not the other? When I turn the A/C on, the passenger vents are blowing colder air than the driver side. Can't think of a reason WHY one side would be cold and the other not.

I installed JLT CAI and tuned w/ SCT tuner back in June, so this has been the first I've really run the A/C since then. It's been over 100 deg around here recently, so I can't take this too much longer. does either of the A/C TSB I've seen address this?

Thoughts?

I'll second that... No point in trying to diagnose if you've still got warranty left.

Default Intake?

any thoughts on if I should remove the intake and put the factory back on before I take it to the dealership?
