I installed the Ford Racing Springs today. Being a first timer, it took me a total of 6 hours. Highly recommend getting spring compressing clamps. Would have been nice for the front. My buddy stopped over with his after I told him what I was doing Alone. HEHEHEHE he said all the way back to my house and dropped them off to me. He had prior dinner dates with his wife so he left them with me. Much easier with them.

Dropped the car 1.5 inches all the way around like they said they would. Working on this addiction I now have.......

New "Theme" to include painting the CDC chin that came today.
Will post progress pictures :0)

PS ONLY 1 finger missing a chunk of skin from a knuckle.....

Spring compressors are not only a good idea they can save your life. A loaded spring can kill.

don't forget to re-center your axle, will probably need and adjustable panhard bar and then get alignment done.
