sorry its still off topic but there are a great variety of fuels that some aircraft can take. For example the A-star helicopter can take the JP4 fuel. but now all you can find is "Jet A".

back to the topic, are there any dyno shops down there in equador?

it's suposed to be one in Quito (capital city of Ecuador) but is 8 hours from Guayaquil (sea level) and is like 3000 meters above the sea level. First, I don't have the time to go there and driving 8 hours going up in circle, no way.

Hey, good news!!! Doug answered me back jeje...

Hi Frank,

Yes, I can write you a tune that will work with your CAI you have now and
the nitrous, upto a 100 shot, for later on. Once I write these tunes you
CANNOT adjust the timing or air fuel as that will make the tune dangerous.
You can adjust the tire size and gear ratio still as that wont cause any
issues but I will not be responsible for any adjustments made to the other
parameters if you make them.

You can order your tune files from my website and simply put in the
descriptions what files you would like and which ones you would like for
nitrous. Just let me know if I can be of anymore help.

Thanks,

Douglas Studdard

Hi man, just let the experts work for you, Doug makes great tunes, order the Race one for sure.

And in another hand, with bolt ons you wont be able to beat modified Evos or STI´s. U'll need a SC for that. Maybe the lightly modified ones, but to claim you have the fastest car in Ecuador with only bolt ons .. uhmmm doubt it.

That's what I'm doing, I'll do it trough Doug from BamaChips. I know I will not beat the modified evos or sti with the mods I have. At first, I want to beat the "lightly" modified ones. I never claim "I have the fastest car in Ecuador", I said "I'd like to make my mustang the fastest car in Ecuador." For the moment I'll try with Doug's tunes, and the next year I'll think in SC. The next year I'm going to a university in the States, so I'll have to do it, as I already said it, "little by little."

Thanks, that's motivating. I appreciate it.

I have another issue. The next year I'm going to study in the States, probably in May. If that's so, I'll probably order other things in February or I'll send those things while studying in the States.

What do yo think on buying:

1.underdrive pulleys
2.twin trottle body
3.trottle body spacer (if I have the ttb can still use the ttspacer???)
4.delete plates
5.differential
6.coil pack kit
7.electric water pump
8.a pair of drag radial tires from BFG so it fix the original wheels
9.lower and upper control arms (does these really help me lower my ET at the track???)

I'll like opinions. what you recommend me to buy or not??? what else can I buy??? don't say SC, I'll like to do that later.

Don't really need the throttle body and the spacer is a waste of money. Rest looks good. LCAs and UCA will help focus power to the ground.

Pulleys, delete plates, coils, water pump, gears, and drag radials are all good mods. Subframe connectors really aren't necessary. A k-member brace with torque limiters and and axle brace will tighten up the drivetrain. LCAs & UCA will help improve straight line performance. Beefier sway bars will improve lateral control.

I already ordered Eibach spring, shocks and struts. Do I really need a relocation kit since it'll lower the car??? Need a relocation kit for the LCAs & UCAs or for othe mods???

You can do a relocation kit or adjustable lower control arms. Also, an adjustable UCA will allow you to compensate for changes to pinion angle.

They will correct the pinion angle on a lowered car. You could just get the UCA as adjustable instead of all 3. The lower control arms can be non-adjustable. The other item you need to keep the rear centered in the wheel wells is an adjustable panhard bar.
