 help finding tie rod ends
I need to find a tie rod end for my sand rail. My friend has the same model sand rail as mine (but he did not build the rail). I would ask the builder but they are out of buisness. Only reason I am asking this here is they were big Mustang fans and the power rack and pinion is from a 93 Mustang. My friends tie rod end has male ends, I believe it is a Moog and has the Number 4098 stamped on top. The rack has 9/16" x 18 thread pitch. I will need to use threaded tie rod tubes that I can get at any stock car site. Any ideas, I've searched the net for hours and I guess the number stamped on it is useless! Thanks
