Here's a pic of my Astra Hammond aluminum louvers. They come flat black and attach with brackets and tape. They can be removed for washing also with just 4 nuts. You can get them from Amazon.com for $229.95 shipped.

I personally prefer the aluminum louvers over the plastic ones.
Amazon.con used to sell the aluminum Astro-Hammond louvers for around what you're looking at for those plastic ones.
I have the MRT/Visus louvers on mine. I like the fact they're hinged & easy to clean the rear window without taking the louvers off.
Do a Google search for the various brands.
Here's a pic of mine,older pic, before I added the black rear wing & went to a flat black taillight panel.
I went with the Roush ones. Not on yet sorry no pic. I got them off Ebay for $88 shipped. Paid $96 for paint at the local Ford dealer. Total bill was $184!
Well darn. For $200 less, I could do without a hinge, but it seems the aluminum ones are no longer on Amazon, only the cheapo plastic ones. Bummer. Guess it's back to Cervini.
EDIT: My bad, they are there, but the description never mentions aluminum, and there are no pics! You have to read the customer reviews to know what you're even buying... weird.
Install is time consuming, not hard. You just have to be careful on your layout.
