I would go with the whipple it is nice that you have JDM next to you although from what I have seen the saleen 550hp is only 430rwhp and very expensive. the 500hp whipple actually gets 430rwhp. Sallen just doesn't add up. If you want the cheapest best output S/C and have to have a twin screw go KB best outpout, the 2.8 liter is the most powerfull twin screw out. If you want that kind of RWHP procharger or vortech are your cheapest routes.
And a little note dont go over 10PSI on a stock motor if you plan to have the perfect tune.
