18 mpg is a heck of a lot better than what i get. In NJ i am lucky if i manage to get 15 mpg a tank. There are stoplights every 500 ft in some places.
but 500 gallons of gas, way to go. just think about it when you hit 5,000 gallons !!!!!

haha, I assume you never reset your gallons used. I must have at some point, I think it reads around 300 or so atm.

I guess that i shouldn't reset my gallons for a while. I have been enjoying figuring out how much gas i would take at the pump buy using the gallons burned. Its always just about .5 gallons less than the readout, and its been fairly consistent for me. I should not reset it for a year and see how much gas i use

Ah, ok....those highway miles will definitely help with the mpg's!

I average 23 mpg. I haven't reset my computer in months. I've gotten as high as 28 mpg. I have 8800 miles on the car, so at 23mpg that equates to 383 gallons of fuel in 32 months. I think I've spent more in car insurance than in gas.

OK, so I've added a few things to it. Check my Profile - too many to list here.

I was down in the 18 mpg range when I was running the 4.30s and short tires. I'm now getting 21 commuting back and forth to work. No idea what the hwy mileage will be.
