First off, Lance my mechanic did the driving. It was quite humid as forecasted but there was a nice breeze. We did not take the MT ET streets with us and just ran off the M&H drag radials that are used for street driving. Car has not been race tuned yet, so we just used the base street tune with 11lbs boost on 93 octane. Lance did not alter the boost levels, this first time out. This was the first time car has been to the track since major rebuild. Next time we'll take the MT slicks and with the 60 foot time improving, maybe car will get into 10s with the street tune. Race tune with 20+ lbs of boost is being scheduled

I thought so also. Thats why I told him to get a collar brace he is going to need it.

The 76 mm turbo is good for about 28 lbs, the block and transmission are rated at 950 rear wheel...the fuel is going to be the limiting factor. We've got GT500 pumps backed up by 2 single KB boost a pumps, huge lines etc, but the 60 lb injectors may not provide enough to get that boost level, so we're thinking in the 20 lb range for now. But one step at a time. Got to get those 60 foot times down to about 1.4
