Easy? Yes... if you have a pretty hefty wad of cash laying around to drop into your mustang. I wouldnt say its extremely difficult, but it takes a few mods to get you there...

Btw what would be the outcome of a fat ass charger with a six picking a fight with a 6-er Stang. Guess they dont want none of that! I'll put my big brother GT up against there biggin, but I aint gonna pick a fight with a hemi any more than a Kia should even look twice at me.

Let me tell you a personal experience I had. Right before I bought my Stang, I had a Charger R/T. My Charger was only modded with a full exhaust and suspension. I was just getting on the interstate running a very slow speed, I passed a Mustang not thinking anything about it. I look in my rear view mirror and notice him on my butt. Running at about 40 mph, I punch it. I keep my eyes on the mirror and notice him staying with me and I can't pull away. I down shift with the autostick and the results are the same. By the time I hit 115, he is still with me and I finally start to pull away, and when I hit 120 I back off the gas. He puts his blinker on to take an exit, so I hit the brakes a little and when he stays on the gas exiting the interstate, he passes me on the right and thats when I got a look at the back of the car. I saw only 1 exhaust pipe, a stock V6? I was not too happy at that point. I figure he ran out of air at 115, but for him to stay with me to then?!!

There's all kinda hate towards mustangs on the net. I mostly chalk it up to every other domestic sports car going the way of the dodo at one point or another(with the exception of the vette). So I can understand why people would hate or be jealous towards us since their car companies drop their beloved sports car and left em high n dry.

Yup, chargers are all hype.. nice cars.. not that fast or atleast all the ones ive seen and raced.. ive raced all the chargers and ive beat them all.. duno what they can say about that..

Thats kinda my point, the Stang can run up with most anything <lookin around, ok friends here> but by design,{drive shaft} is only gonna go so fast. then you'er stuck at what is it 115 or so. Now I know its wrong and all, but damn near ever car I have owned I have run to its limit either by a gov or drag limit. Its all in how quick ya get there. Its that annoying knowin that if they got the "balls" to go that fast dang near any car will get up to 115. Think my Quad4 gt did 117-119, but it didnt look like it wanted to run like my Thoroughbred does. Then in the end, its not the wisest thing to hit the tripples, bad things can and do happen. Wonderin what he had under the hood added in that Stang? Anybody know, can you make a GT into looking like a 6er? Can you retard the exhaust to a single and it still breath, I guess so. That would be an unfair Sleeper Killer of mammouth proportions.

I hear ya and agree that it's about how fast you get there. The thing is, the Stang that stuck with me was a straight up six. The nose, rear bumper, stock single exhaust, and the "pony emblem" on the trunk lid were all giveaways to the model. The GT will go well beyond 115.
