I really want new rims for my mustang and was thinking of getting them with my grad money. I dont know what to get black glossy bullits or chrome bullits i have the 17's gunmetal bullits right now and have decided 18 is right but dont know what would be better and i dont know what rims i should get because a lot of people have bullits and im going for a different look although i am acomplishing that with black mustang and the torch red stripe i want to get im just confused on what i should get?
Looking at your avatar showing the black Mustang with white stripes, I was going to say that black rims would look pretty good as long as they had a nice chrome or polished lip.
But if you're truly going to replace the white stripes with red (which is a pretty nice look), then go with all chrome wheels (or highly polished aluminum finish). With the darker stripe color your car would need the contrast of the brighter rims.

nothing like black rims with a chrome lip on a black car...but ill tell ya ill never buy black rims again cuz they chip so easily you have to be verrrry carefull with them.....now im nothing but chrome cobra r's
its a toss up....I like chrome and black....so much I just got a set of black bulitts...I get tired of my chrome Shelby rims..I put on the black bulitts and vise versa didnt help ya huh..lol

Look around for some black chrome rims. Then you'll have the best of both worlds.

Leave the chrome alone...its out as far as I am concerned. I have looked at about all the wheels out there, nothing I see really compares to the black wheels. Not to blingy, just right....and if you have the factory painted wheels they can be painted black by a good body shop and save a ton of cash vs. buying a set, seen a many of ones done and it turns out good.
