OK, this might belong in Tech but here goes. I took my 06 GT in for NY Inspection, now mind you the battery died last week and this creates a problem!
They told me I needed to drive the car more before the emissions would register (had 46 miles since battery incident).
I drove it 276 miles in different situations over a week, took the car back and they said it still wont register.
I am wondering if the CAI or Brenspeed tune might have something to do with this?
Anyone else have this problem?

No its not the tune. The OBDII test requires you have at least 50 miles to read the computer settings. After 276 miles I don't know why it couldn't read it.

So drive it daily for a week?
I will give it a shot, thanks.

There is no set time. There's a thread on here somewhere that specifies a detailed driving cycle that you need to accomplish to reset things. I'll see if I can find it.
OMG !!!!! Sounds more involved than brain surgery!
Thanks for the info. I will see if I can pull it off.

One advantage of living in Michigan- no inspections whatsoever. On the other hand you should see some of the pieces still driving around here, especially in the Detroit city limits.

Latest update:
After many trips to the shop and multiple testing charges I found that the culprit was the Tune. It appears that the guys at Brenspeed had turned off the needed sensors for my car to pass emissions in NY state, so its back to stock, drive it more and hopefully it will pass.

I put a quick note in under the above thread. My car will not pass with the present tune. On an OBD inspection it comes back as unsupported. SCT and Concord Dyno have been very helpful but, I think they are stumped. Going back to stock and try that, then leaving it.
