Just a note to tell you of some experiances friends and I have had with this company. They seem to have competative pricing but their items all seem to be seconds and onoce you order them and try to contact them about warranty issues, they never contact you back. I have also heard from some of their vendors that they are not paying for the products that they purchase from them.
My advise is to stay away from them because it sounds like they may be on the brink of falling apart. Don't get caught up in their phoney #1 quality products they are trying to sell. Try to contact them first and see if they will contact you back. They may not be sending out parts anymore, maybe just taking your money and never sending.

damn and to think i was about to drop 488 dollars on HID's for my car.. lol man, i better look for a new place.

Wow - and I had an awesome experience with them. Tech support was great, product top notch. Sorry to hear this!

BTW - warranty issues seems like it would be the manufacturer, not them....
