Its a partial pic.I just added fluorescent light and a nice ceiling fan.I used epoxy floor paint and at 3 years old it holding up really nice.The shelving came from a downtown office building whose tenant got kicked out.I was given book shelving that is wall mounted and some heavy duty freestanding shelving used for office supplies.I brought home enough shelving,filing cabinets and kitchen cabinets for all the neighbors who live on my block.

I dont have a garage anymore....

let the wife talk me into a $5k conversion. now my kids have a he11 of a nice playroom that will one day be a he11 of a nice game room, but i miss my garage.

i do plan on building a 40 x 80 shop / barn combo with a twin post lift and a wash bay in about 2 years when i pay off the stang and the truck.... but until then, ill have to be happy with the carport....

I'm getting ready to have some local Amish builders build me a barn out back. Can't beat the Amish on barns!

im actually going to go with a steel building. pole barn to be exact. with concrete it will run me 30K for the building. then ill do the electric myself and i have some contacts to get a slightly used lift for about $900 to $1000. 1/2 of the building will be a horse barn for my wifes horses, the other half a shop for my pony. the wash bay is really for my wifes horses too, however, the way i have it designed and the size of it, the stang should fit nicely inside it...

and it allows me some "encroachment" into the wifes side of the building without her throwing a big fit... since that is the side where the bay will be.... i can always park the stang in it if i need more room in the shop..

$30 isn't bad with the concrete floor.

not too bad, but the entire barn will not be concrete. too hard on the horses hooves. just the bay and tack room. the rest (stalls mainly) will be dirt/ small rock, with stall mats, and straw and such. but i will have to go 6 inches thick in the area of the lift, ill just dig it out before they pour the concrete. (they build the shop first, then they pour the concrete inside it. supposed to seal better and give more support to the walls, etc.)

my father just built him a 30 x 60 x 10 all concrete with 3 single overhead doors and a side door for $23K.

The 1098 on the lift is a friends. It's now prepped as a race bike and I use it as a backup.

The 1098 in line is owned by my sponsor.

The R6 that you can hardly see is the wifes.

The GSXR1000 and the 749R are mine.

It's funny though, I have been doing this so long I don't even notice them anymore. I would rather go snowmobiling.

u want the truth!! yeah and alot of lamber and alot of Z06's!! and know I've been seeing Nissan GT-R's!!
