I have been reading around and on a couple of threads I have seen people talk about differences in 05 and 06 compared to the 07+. Since I have an 07 i was just wondering if there actually is any major differences in the models. Maybe it does/doesn't apply to v6ers???

Only real difference I know of is in the computers, not sure what the technical differences are in them, just that they are different. The 05-06's go together and the 07-08's go together. Even with some of the tuners, they follow the same year convention, I know the Diablo's for 05-06 will not work on 07-08's. There's also a few other minor things, like the 05 with a heated throttle body, 06's and beyond don't have that. 07+ Shakers have the iPod interfaces, 06's and earlier dont. There was also some additional covers in the 05's in the engine compartment, for the alt and PS pump.

There were significant changes on the GT but not much on the V6.

A very minor change that I know of is the climate control knobs are no longer removable.
