Problems with Speed Concepts

On June 30th, I ordered a complete 410 rear from them and guess what?
No rear.......won't return phone calls or emails AND the shipping company has never even heard of them, or me or my address, so just giving everybody a heads up - $1,000 out the window!

I checked out their web site, it looks OK ? Why not contact them Via the local Mustang club to see if there still in business.

Well if they fail to deliver the product, first thing I'd do is report it as theft ($1000 is grand larceny) and then get a lawyer.

Toothless?
Sure, but by reporting them to the BBB, other potential buyers can log on to their site, see what complaints have been registered, and make a decision whether or not they'd do business with the company.
I sure as heck buy anything from someone if all I heard were issues like this.

No one checks with the BBB before they have a problem, only after. The BBB is a scam anyway, if you are a biz you need to pay a "membership" fee to join. I worked for a dealership that didn't pay the fee and we we were a great dealer. But if you checked the BBB we got a bad rating. I worked at another dealer in the same city and we were borderline committing fraud but we did pay our BBB fees. Strangly enough if you checked the BBB site we had a good rating.
