Default 2007 Mustang GT wheel questions. Need your expertise.

I have an '07 Mustang GT with stock 17" wheels. I have the opportunity to purchase brand new wheels/tires off of a '08 GT500...Fronts: 255/45/ZR18, Rears: 285/40/ZR18, +45 Offset 5 on 4.50 Bolt Pattern

Can I swap these GT500 wheels with my stock wheels, or is it more complicated than that?

Thanks in advance.
Craig

Would the tire pressure ms be invasive enough to matter with the installation of the wheels on a non-equipped car?

He has a 2007 which means it's already equipped with TPMS and the sensors are synched with his car's computer chip. The wheels he is getting will also be equipped with TPMS only those sensors are not going to be in synch with his car's chip.

At the very least I think he would have to take the sensors that are on his current rims and swap them with the sensors that are on the new rims.....otherwise he will get the TPMS warning light on the dash. Not really a big deal, the light doesn't bother me in the least.

They both have the sensors so all he has to do is either pick up the tool to sync the sensors to his car, or stop at the Ford dealer and have them sync them. That's it.

Go get them.
