Default Less then 6 Months for the 2010 Stang Gt!!!!

Well we will have the Newest Stang Gt within 6 months.
They say it will be till 2011 before we see a 400HP engine in a Stang Gt.
Well who knows what ford will put in the Stang Gt,thats 2 years away and ford can do whatever they want too.

We have the 2010 Camaro SS with 400Hp for around the $30,000 mark
We also have a 2009 Challenger with 350Hp PlUS for around the same $30,000 mark......
Too me I rather have a Stang Gt with the 400Hp,but I am not going to wait 2 years.
Ford was going to update their stang gt as a 2009 untill GM postpone the camaro a year.
So to me there is nooooo reason why for delayed the 400hp in our stang gts?????
I am sure many people will not wait till 2011
when in the next few months you will have all the other car makers that will have more HP then us

tell u the truth..i really could care less what they put in future stangs, i got mine already. it really sucks that they had the technology to have given us more hp in 2005, but they obviously held out until somebody put out a quicker car. then they think we're all gonna go runnin in and trading our cars in for squat, to get a faster mustang to keep up with the challenger and the camaros.

well i'll just keep mine and make it faster! i won't bow to the corporate game! who's with me!

mod on brothers and sisters....mod on!

I am anxious to see what they finally set the body design as, not some camo'd car that looks like it could have several things that will not appear on the final production car... lol

I am also ready to see what types of engines they decided to produce for the car. I am going to be greatly dissapointed if it is still the 4.6L even if it is DOHC. I am ready for a bigger motor from Ford.

I am keeping my '07. If I buy another car in the future it will be either a low mileage '87 GN or a C5 era Vette but I am keeping my '07 GT. 12's with stone stock reliability is all I am interested in and a few more mods will have the '07 there easily. When the new models appears the aftermarket for the S197 should start getting a little cheaper as time goes on. Some criticize the 4.6L because of its size but the S197 cars are quicker accelerating than the sacred 428 SCJ and the BOSS 429 big blocks Mustangs. Faster than about any of the musclecar era big blocks cars for that matter with all the creature comforts imanginable and 3 times the MPG to boot. I hope for Mustang Heritage sake they make another winner but IMO my "Mach 1" inspired GT and the many other "old school" styled cars found here on this site will be just as sharp or sharper than the new model and just as quick with a few choice mods. Not to mention cheaper to insure and no monthly payment. Maybe in a few years I might change my mind...................

Well many enjoy buying new cars every 2 or 3 years.
I guess I am one of them.
Since they already have the 2009 Stang Gts out,,,why not show us the 2010 Stang gts since we are less then 6 months away.
I think Ford is nuts if they think I will wait till Sept 2011
to get a 400Hp in the Stang Gt.
Right now we have a $30.000 2009 Challenger Rt with 350Hp
and in 6 months we will have a 2010 Camaro SS with 400Hp for $30,000..........
Right now we don't even know if Ford will put a 400Hp engine in a basic 2011 Stang Gt,,,,many things can happen within 2 years.........
I am thinking of right now....
Yes I am sure we can MOD our cars.
But I think most enjoy driving the newer cars and enjoying them without having to MOD them.
