Has anyone ever delt with there custmer service. I received my xennon painted side scoops today and they were the wrong color. Not like I ordered silver and got black, but they were a good three shades darker. I emailed them a few minutes ago letting them know what had happened. I was polite and not an ass. Hopefully I will get a response tomorrow with some news. Could it be that my 07gt color code TL is different than theres? Who knows, just trying to get my car ready for the show on sept 28th at Rye Playland(hint hint). I am not flaming them, just want to know some experiences. Thanks.

I had a problem when I ordered a set of mirror covers as well. Paid for them and waited and waited and waited. When I contacted them about the covers, they wern't sure about the color that I ordered. I told them and waited some more. Contacted them again and they still were unsure about the color. I again told them Sonic Blue. Waited a few more days and just emailed to get my money back. That's when they told me that they didn't have that color. WTF?!?
I'm not saying don't shop there, but I think I'll find what I'm looking for elsewhere.
I ordered my hood from them and it took 64 days for me to get it. I understand its carbon fiber and they might have to make it, but 64 days? And their customer service gave me the run around every time I called and even told me a few different dates that it had "already shipped." I will never do any more business with them. But on a good note, the hood looks great

Sounds like they went to the Rpmoutlet school of customer service..
Great news. I just received an email stating that they will take care of the problem. They are going to have the scoops picked up and resprayed at no cost. I will be doing more business with them for sure.
