Default Installed caliper covers, JBA and tinted windows

So, yesteday was busy. Got my windows tinted this morning, 20% all around. Then went and picked up a used JBA axle back exhaust. I then came home to see my black caliper covers on my front porch. So I installed all of it and took cool before and after pictures. I am not really into coverup mods (i.e. caliper covers) however these things are super cool, save me $5K on Brembos and I am told they actually aid in keeping some of the brake dust off the wheels. Install is stupid easy and I am really stoked with how my day went.

Next week I install the HID headlights and the autodim/homelink/compass/temp mirror and Roush rear springs. Enjoy the pics

Here is a short video of the car in motion with caliper covers. Not the best, but better than nothing:

I have a question. How did you get your windows to stay up when you dropped the top? i know mine come down automatically when i click the vert top button and you can't lower your windows for a few days until the tints dry. I had to pick the hottest weekend to tint my windows btw

I have the silver ones and they're very high quality.

If you want some though you better act quickly - Mike is talking about raising prices SUBSTANTIALLY before long.

I'm betting he put the windows up after the top was all the way down.

Uhhh..that was before the restraining order went into effect...you know: the one prohibiting me from engaging in OMAD (ordering mods after midnight).

But my point being the windows are not supposed to move otherwise the tint might slide around right?

Where did you order them? They look really sweet and think they would go well with the rims/tires that i want to order.

I had the tint shop do the back first and then put the top down and dot the rest. The top has been down since I had them tinted. I will be able to put the top up tomorrow. I dont drive the car everyday, so its not really a big deal. Its just chillin in the garage til they are cured!

It was from a place in CA: MGP - http://calipercovers.net/default.aspx

The owner there, Mike Marshall, is a super nice guy.

Ahh.
Yeah,I wasn't thinking of it like that. But I see the correct answer has been given.
I think, usually what they are worried about is the tint peeling away, vs sliding around, so I have been told.
