yea, there is a lot of wheel gap, so I might end up lowering my car, but worry about scrapping my cdc any more than I already do.
Would putting 18"+ rims help if Im lowered, since it might raise my vehicle? I have 17" rims and right now my cdc sits 6" off the ground on the front

18s and a taller tire might get you some additional clearance.

The addiction continues....
I just ordered a set of CMDP from Brenspeed!!!
I have no idea when I will install them, because I work 5 nights a week, and go to school 3 days a week!

lol, this is a blower prep mod.... Im seriously considering going for either a procharger or vortech or novi 2200... all of those use the delete plates.
Plus $150 is nothing as far as money. I spend $100 a week in gas, so whats a little more. And now I am working 5 days a week (with my promotion, about a 30-60% pay increase), instead of working 4 days. working in a cash business, I took my extra money from last week, and bought these

Just FYI... IMRC delete plates are not required for a centrifugal blower.

Maybe not required, but they do come with the vortech kit that I was eyeballing... so now it will be one more discount from the kit if I do get it
Im guessing that CMDP are not used at all for a kit like a saleen S/C huh?

well then if saleen is the route I decide to go then I will just have a bigger used parts sale
Does anyone have a good set of CMDP install instructions/ walk through. I want to see how hard it will be, so I can figure when I will have time to install them.
Oh yea, I ordered them around 3 and they shipped at 5:15... The tune will be done within a week. Thats Amazing if you ask me, gotta Love Brenspeed!!!

Ok, Long Tubes has been swimming through my mind recently... I had for a while been leaning towards BBK LT's because they are only like $540! But on American Muscle I just found these.
JBA Cat4ward Long Tube Headers (05-09 GT) at AmericanMuscle.com - Free Shipping!
I know they say Cat4wards which is obviously wrong, but what do you all think about them. They are the same price as the BBK LT's, which I like, ALOT
Would I be better off buying them elsewhere with a coating on them?

You'll need a JBA midpipe to match.
