Default Question on larger front wheels and tires

Looking into running 275/35 20s and 295/35 20s on 20x9 and 20x10 black shelby cs69 wheels. Nitto invos all around or nitto 555s up front and invos out back. Anyone Know if there would be any rubbing issues on the front of the car running that size tire on using h&r race springs or super sport which would be from 1.5 to 1.9 inches of drop?
Also what are your opinions on nitto invos and 555s and running different tires front to rear on a staggered setup?
Thanks in advance.

I don't think your going to get away with that size tire up front. the 555 is 27.6" tall and with being lowered. As for the different styles tires won't make much of a difference.

Thanks. i was just curious because the H&R mustang runs that size up front but its using coilovers and i guess its probally just a show car.

Coil overs is another ball game altogether. The are smaller in diameter and will give you more clearance up there.

275 upfront is too much... the rear will be fine at 295/30... maybe go 255/35 upfront if you want.

275s up front is possible if you get the backspacing and offset dialed in just right.

Check the manufacturer's recommendation for rim width on those tires. Tire Rack web site has some charts. Some folks want appearance rather than performance. But if you expect improved performance, I believe lateral traction will be compromised if those tires are mounted on 9" wide rims.

Would the overall package dimensions be a lot different from one rim diameter to another, same section/profile tire?

I have run 275-35 tires on 19x9 rims in front with no ill effects, Steeda Sport springs, .8-inch drop. Seems to me the overall diameter is 26.7".
