I'm considering buying them from ninosport.com a few months after I get my 06 GT this week, but I'm not sure I want something quite as consistently loud and obnoxious as the SLP's.

If the Boomtubes are even a bit less loud than SLP's, I'll probably go for them.

Anyone heard both in person? I have a lot of trouble finding Boomtube clips and its too easy to find Loudmouth clips. >_>

My favorite are really the Corsa axleback, but they're just way out of my spending ability.

They might be a little quieter due to the perforation of the inner wall of the resonator.

They are slightly quieter. The SLP Loudmouths are pretty much just straight pipes and nothing else.

Go with the Boomtubes! You will NOT be disappointed! I bout my 06 on Wednesday and ordered them from Ninosport on Thursday. I put them on yesterday and absolutely love them!!!!

Not really. A straight pipe is just a single walled piece of pipe. SLPs are actually double walled resonators.

straight pipes or not, slp loudmouths are still loud as hell
