Default JBA AXLE-BACK EXHAUST SYSTEM VS SLP Loudmouth Axle-Back Exhaust VS Boomtubes

Ok i originally posted this on 2005 mustang GT talk and i don't know how to move posts and i think tech talk is more appropriate for this question. JBA AXLE-BACK EXHAUST SYSTEM VS SLP Loudmouth Axle-Back Exhaust OR Boom Tubes. OK so i have a 2005 Mustang GT and i want to get a exhaust and I'm debating which one out of these three. I want a good LOUD throaty sound, and sounds really muscle and loud. I want to know which one is the loudest, has the most gains for HP and TQ, Give me your personal feedback with them and what you suggest, because i can spend all day long researching them but i know you guys know best. So help me please thanks.

Out of the three, SLP loudmouths will be the loudest. Overall sound is a mater of opinion. I had JBAs. They have a smooth mellow tone.

They will all make within a HP or two of eachother, it doesn't matter which one you get. There are no big gains for axle back systems anyway. You will be doing it for the sound, not the HP.

I have boom-tubes.... very much satisfied.... totally old school sound.... Ive been loving em since the day I put em on.

I just wouldn't get em your planning on a midpipe or headers..... cuz im pretty sure the sound will get obnoxious at that point.

I have the slps, one thing I can say is when I first got them and it was my first mod and they sounded kind of raspy but once I added a CAI it helped get a little bit more of a throatier sounded and a little louder.. but my mustang is a semi daily driver meaning I drive it probably half of the week(use the beater when it rains), and the exhaust never bothers me. I actually want it LOUDER, granted I am 21 and the music basically drowns out the exhaust lol but the exhaust has never bothered me even on long (2-3 hour) road trips..

So for Loudmouths.

I just installed Boomtubes tubes on my car, in addition to already having an o/r x-pipe. I gotta say that they are pretty darn loud at higher rpm's but down below about 3 grand they have a serious sick throaty muscle car sound. My friends all tell me that my car sounds like a 60's muscle car now. I'll try and get a vid up pretty soon it has just unfortunately been raining here for about 4 days straight. Anyone will definitely hear you coming now.
