your car sold pretty quick....you price it to sell? happy with what you got out of it? someone got a nice car
You never get what you want out of them but I got a decent dollar considering the market these days. Plus modded cars are way tougher to sell than stockers. Mine got driven hard at times but I didn't go to crazy(no hot lapping, speed shifting, 6500rpm)runs at the track and I kept up the maintenance on it. It was a fun 3 years and I learned alot. I was kinda half hoping the guy doing the inspection on it today would find something wrong so the buyer would back out of the deal....but no such luck.lol The new owner got himself a great car for only $25,000 Canadian and I'm sure he'll have some fun with it. It's his first Mustang (he has a 1969 Charger that he's owned for over 20 yrs)and it's a good one. I just don't know how long I can go before I pick-up another GT.
While browsing the Camaro forum I notice a lot of the 2010 SS's are being sold in Canada. I'm sure it will be hard for you to look at them on the highway without your GT.

At least it went to a car enthusiast who can appreciate the work you put into it. If I had to sell my car, I'd want to be really picky about who I sold it to. I'd hate to be driving around town one day and see the thing dirty and beat up. That's what happened to my F-150. I kept that truck immaculate. I spotted it around town one day and there wasn't a spot on the truck that wasn't dented or scratched.

OK, so I've added a few things to it. Check my Profile - too many to list here.
No Camaro's bleech!! 2008 GT/CS convertible and 2008 Corvette are the short list cars at the moment. I really like the C6 Vettes but the Mustang makes a better daily driver and has a rear seat for hauling around friends.
I already have a mod list planned if we go for the Mustang.
It'll be an automatic-so 4.10 gears, underdrive pulley's, CAI and tune, mufflers and a GT500 rear spoiler.
Sorry to hear about this CD. You without your Stang is.....unthinkable, you put a lot into it. But. with change comes opportunity and I'm sure we'll see you in another stang before to long. I'm keeping an eye out on the 2011. Wife may be needing a new one
I'll have to rent a 2010 GT one weekend to get a mini-fix.
Renting a 2010 GT would be fun! The thing is your car was ALOT faster so it won't be such a thrill..
Sorry to hear you had to sell it .. I am sad, like STL said i think i shed a tear lol.
I would say stick to a mustang and mod the hell out of it =)!! Stay on the forums with us, don't be one of those people that sell it and dissapear from the forums off the face of the earth..

Hey guys (and gals) thanks for all the kind words, I'm not going anywhere...I'm a AFM lifer!! I almost bought a set of 18" GT/CS take-offs for the wife's Pony but the guy told me the tires were worn out )and he took them off a 2008!!!WOW heavy foot or what!! We're going to hang on to my wife's Pony until we get out to Vancouver next spring then figure out what we want to do for a replacement. At least I get to drive her Pony once and a while, even though it has less than half the HP it's still a nice car to cruise in.
WOW I can not believe it CD. I am in shock, you had done so much work to the car. All I can say is that when one door closes , another one will open. You can count on it.
