2005 Mustang electrical issues need help

every time i start my car my cd player resets like the battery got dissconected and today i went to start it and it didnt start on the first 2 trys. The lights are not dim and all the electrical funtions work just fine so im not sure its a bad battery or alternator. After I start it it runs fine. Im going to check fuses and get the alternator and battery tested tomarrow. Ive heard of the 2005 having electical issues so i am concered and want to try and figure it out before it doesnt start at all if anyones got any suggestions on other thing i could check it would be greatly appreicated.

Time for a new battery.

OEM alternators are prone to failure. Definitely have that checked too.

well at least autozone and advance auto check that stuff for free so if it's not under warranty you still donthave to pay to get it checked.

OEM alternators will often check out fine and then fail without notice.
