My Cherokee srt8 was definitely faster than my '10 GT, a substancial difference, but we'll see how some bolt-on mods can bridge the gap

Those SRT8's all run close to 13 seconds flat from the factory... Thats pretty quick for a car that can seat 5 people COMFORTABLY with groceries. As far as the R/Ts go though they are a joke. Not to much performance out of those vehicles. I wouldn't mind having one of those SRT8 Magnums...

No, not a Nitro. I was talking about SRT8s. Any of those are quicker stock than our Stangs. A Nitro, R/T or not, wouldn't pull a greasy bologna string from a cat's ass, much less beat a GT.

Hey I'll let you know what a 7.0 Ford will make very soon, I'm building a stroker 351/427 with the best of everything...tuner says 550 rwhp easy! Stay tuned, I can hardly wait...I keep telling him I want a 200 shot in the trunk "just in case"...hee hee

i saw a dodge nitro the other day at chickfila...didnt even raise an eyebrow. gave it a once over. dude started it and drove off. not impressed.

i saw they raced one at targa newfoundland. i thought that was funny.

Stock the Nitro R/T runs about 15.9 in the quarter. They're not even a decent matchup for a stock 4.0 V6 Mustang (which will do about 15.3 unmodded).

Taking one on with a GT is like killing flies with a sledgehammer
