Would it be ok to run a low-shot NOS with Roush Supercharger?
Hey Guys. I was wondering if it is feasible to add a low shot of NOS to my supercharged 08'. It already packs 445HP, so I'm only looking for a gain of aounr 50-75HP when running wide open. Is this feasible? If so, where would be a good place in Virginia to take the car for the installation and tuning? What brand system do you recommend? Thanks for the advice!

yea roush has a new one though that they took the training wheels off of and can go up to 700 hp. Idk im not an expert but the guys at injected told me to stay away from the roushcharger and go with as they called it "a big boy system" idk. hes got enough HP to make me happy =)

I looked around a bit and found a 2.57 inch pulley upgrade for the Roushcharger that bumps boost from the stock 5 pounds to 8 pounds. There is also an overdriven lower pulley that supposedly gets you 10-11 pounds but I couldn't find it. Call Roush.
I considered this myself so I contacted N/X and he gave me some goo info. 20946 is the part number for their kit specifically designed for the 4.6. Above I have attached a Q+A I found on the topic.

Don't forget the torque shock that you will run through that tranny as well. There is still a lot of torque even with a small shot. You could litterally kill two birds with one stone if you aren't careful.
But boy it would be fun.
I'd probably just up the boost personally. I'm sure they made more than one pulley for it.
+1 on the TQ. Nitrous makes amazing tq. I put down 508rwtq on a 100 shot

I love the nitrous but their has to be a way to up the boost or get a better tune and maybe a new intake for the supercharger something I cant see spending the money on nitrous when you have a S/C but hey it's your bill not mine.
