Hey everyone, so today when i was going through the different options for the sound system in my car, such as bass and treble and balance, I saw speedvol, which I'm guessing stands for speed volume
Does anyone know what this is
Thanks in advance

It automatically raises the volume of the radio when you go faster. The faster you go, the louder the radio. That way you don't have to keep turning the radio up and down when you go faster and slower. I love it!!
yep...the volume will go up with rising speed to compensate for wind noise outside the car...you can set different levels for how loud u want it to go. i dont use it, i just turn it up when im driving fast and listening to pantera

Speed volume will raise and lower the volume on your radio with your speed. The faster you go the louder it will get and when you slow down the volume goes down. It sound cool on paper but after useing the feature it is a pain, especially in city driving.
If this feature worked off our RPM's to counter our mufflers and engine rev then I might use it. Wait. On second thought no music is better sounding then those 2.

I have mine set on 7 cuz my Sirius sat FM modulator sucks. But for somereason having the speed vol high, I can hear the music much better at any speed.
