Default Need some Help on upgrading seats...
I have a 2006 GT Mustang, with factory cloth seats...Will the factory Leather seats from a 2005 GT fit in my car without any problems...?

They should fit as long as its Coupe to Coupe and Convertible to Convertible. The rear seats from a convertible will not fit into a coupe and vice versa.

Correct.

The seat covers will also fit from 2010 Mustang, which seems to be of nicer quality.
