I just bought a 2007 Mustang GT with stripes. On the stripes at the bottom of the doors reads, "GT/OC 350". Could someone please tell me what the "OC" part means, as well as the "350"? Thank you!
I believe that means it is supposed to have 350 HP at the crank. Im sure the "S" in OS stands for Speacial. Maybe Oklahoma Special. I know there is a CS or California Special.

As you probably know GT350 was a Shelby model back in the 60s. But the OC, who know's. I'd take it off and replace it with something understandable or without lettering.

I hate when people put horsepower rating on the side of their car they have cars in mustang mags all the time that say gt350 that have well over five hundred it's stupid lettters arn't bad if you pick something you like my side rockers say SHIFTER dont really know where it came from but i like it and have stuck with it for over a year.

You have done a lot more to your car to make the retro look official which is a big plus but you know just like I do some people put it on their and that pretty much the extent of their exteiror mods.
Also usually when they make different names or letter combos it depends on a lot of factor some are based on amount of cylinders, valves cubic in etc as you probaly know wasn't the 350 the same way.

Just a thought based on a previous post by someone else. Personally I think it should have been GT/OHC 350 if they went with standard usage, per DOHC and SOHC. So it may not stand for Overhead Cam...
Its unique and a good conversation starter at least
