American Muscle's new painted parts are fantastic! A couple of weeks ago, my chin spoiler had a run in with a parking curb. The paint got scratched pretty bad. I tried to touch it up but I am so picky, I just couldnt get it to suit me, especially with it still on the car. I finally got disgusted trying to get it right so I just ordered a new one from American Muscle already painted. I figured I could put my old one on Craigs list and sell it. By the time I recoup some money from the old spoiler, I will probably have about the same in it as if I would have had the old one repainted. Well the paint quality on the new one from American Muscle was excellent. It is a perfect match. It was well packaged so it wouldn't get damaged and I had it in two days. Needless to say, I am very pleased with it and their service. I then took my old spoiler out to my shop and made another attempt to repair it. (I don't give up easily!) I surprised myself. I sanded out the scratches and repainted it. It looks pretty darn good now. I posted a picture of the new spoiler installed and also a picture of the one I painted.
i was a little worried about AM new painted parts list because they are new at it but WOW, that looks fantastic

My factory paint has a lot of metal flake in it. The old spoiler looked good but did not have enough metal flake it to be a perfect match. Believe me, the new spoiler from AM is an absolute perfect match. I'm thrilled with it. I'm now thinking about getting the side scoops and the quater window louvers but I'm not sure how they would look on my car.

Thanks for posting those pics... I love the lower quarter scoops but didn't know how they'd actually flow with the lines of the S197... they look killer and not tacked on at all!
I'm getting them in Tungsten.

LOL. I dont have one. I used Prevail sprayers. Don't laugh, it actually turned out pretty good. Now I'm thinking about buying a sprayer for small projects but absolutely know nothing about it. I want to learn though.
